ouch!

I went to UTSC yesterday and today and oh man my abs hurt! My sister taught me this exercise where a partner stands and u are lying on ur back and holding their ankles while they push ur legs down and u have to bring them back up using ur abs! Ouch it hurts but it's good:) I'm starting to enjoy working out just to stay healthy and not so much just to lose weight-it really helps that my sister is there. Welps I'll be joining a TAB class on Thursday hopefully I'll learn a few more exercises with weights.

Workin Out!

I got back in the gym today right after my exam this morning. It felt good to run and stretch, did the same routine. 15 min treadmill and 20 min pilates. Got another exam tomorrow night gotta study. God is good and He gives me the strength to get through it all! I just watched a sermon by Joel Osteen, the church is soo big! The message was very inspiring and different from other messages by Andy Stanley but cool nonetheless:) Alright books, here I come!

Finally!

I've finally gotten off my bum and gone to the gym after so long! It felt good to run again and feel the blood pumping! I did 15 min on treadmill and another 15 min pilates. I worked out beside this guy who was crazy! He was doing like crazy tae kwan do with tae bo or something cuz he kept grunting and breathing so heavily. It was quite contrastive to my relaxing stretches LOL. I hope to go again tomorrow at 2:00 again.

Soo snowy

the snow is so beautiful yet soo wet ugh! Today I went to HH thinking that the fitness club started at 10! then I walked to the front desk and realized...oh ya we changed it to 2:00 haha. I went back at 2:00 and did 12 min on the treadmill, muscle training-ab, pullover, leg, benchpress and pilates all for the total duration of an hour. Yay I love weight training it's fun:) I just don't want big bulgy muscles :S

Yay it's reading week:) Today I did 10 min on the treadmill and I didn't have to wait this time :D then another 15 min of pilates..I wanna use the ab machine but it's always occupied...oh well maybe next time

soo tired:S

I was soo not going to workout after my test cuz it was soo cold outside and I was feeling so sad from my ANA test but I went anyways:) I did 10min on the treadmill-hah I still had to wait in line even though it's February (but I was first in line) and 15 min of pilates:) I love pilates-it's so relaxing. I'm getting pretty stressed about my language acquisition test and sooo much other stuff coming up this week-have to prepare for Timothy Fellowship Bible study but I'm soo excited to dive into His Word and know more about His LOVE! God is good all the time.
